The ILM Management Diploma - Certificate or Award


Who is this programme for

Specifically designed to initiate change and improve the service you provide. It equips participants with a range of management tools and techniques that can be applied effectively in the workplace. The ILM is an excellent cross sector qualifications which will serve you well which ever direction your career takes in the future

Awarding bodies

The programme is accredited by both the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) providing participants professional qualifications in management at Level 5.

For those who have limited time but still want a qualification we also offer a Certificate or Award level under the ILM Awarding body. These levels require less attendance and assessment and can be topped up to the Diploma at a later date. These options are particularly useful for people supervising staff for the first time.

Distance Learning

For those who find it difficult to take time out and attend workshops we offer the option to complete the programme through distance learning. With only 4 days attendance across the full programme this is ideal for the time strapped participant.
