Professional Discussion

Our nationwide team of assessors visit candidates at their place of work and conduct holistic assessment against the chosen criteria. An NVQ level 4 in Management typically takes an induction session and 3 further visits. The discussions are digitally recorded and the candidate uploads their evidence via the E NVQ systems.

Virtual Portfolios

The virtual portfolios of evidence created is managed by the candidate and the assessor and can all be externally verified on-line.

Cost Effective & efficient

This approach saves time and money and gives higher completion rates than the conventional approach.
