Cherith Simmons is an approved supplier to Ofsted and delivers a range of accredited and non accredited programmes to its inspection and administrative staff nationwide.
We have created a specially customised version of our Learning Management System, FlexiLearner for Ofsted which enables 24/7 access to all course information including
programme calendars and joining instructions, learning materials, guidance, and a wide range of interactive elearning programmes, as well as an on line forum for feedback and communication between widely dispersed course participants. Face to face workshops are combine with on line and telephone tutorials to save time and travelling costs
We have been running a 3-year full scale Management & Supervisory Development Programme for Bucks County Council. The three levels have included the Achievers in Management Porgramme for middle managers, the Bucks Manager programme for 1fisrt line managers and the New Managers programme for those taking on a manager role for the first time. Senior management has supported the programme wholeheartedly and high levels of achievement have been attained.
We have worked with the NHS across the UK for many years. We have been delivering a series of programmes for Practice Managers & receptionists across Kent at various levels & locations. Nationwide, Cherith Simmons qualifies over 200 GP Practice Managers in ILM and AMSPAR qualifications annually.
